Temple is written for a full string ensemble: four violin parts, viola, cello and bowed double bass, each weaving slow melodic lines through the piece. Meditative and inward, it is the second chapter of the Abyss cycle. François played the violin and viola parts, and the piece was recorded and produced at Soulbow.
